Feefo recognises fastsms in Trusted Merchant accreditation
A little over a year ago we signed up with Feefo to gather independent feedback on our products and services. Our goal has always been to provide the best services at the best possible prices, and our customers have never been shy in letting Feefo know how we’re doing. We’ve kept a close eye on the comments and ratings customers have given us.
And Feefo was watching too. As they looked back at our ratings over 2015, they saw we had a service rating consistently over 95% the entire year (my estimation is we stayed close to 98%!). Because of that we’ve been recognised as a Feefo Commended Merchant for meeting that criteria in their Trusted Merchant accreditation process.
Along with the specific ratings customers choose, they can leave us comments – both good and bad. We have no control over the comments as Feefo operates independently from us so what you see there is exactly what customers have said. Here are a few examples of our most recent feedback:
“Easy to set up, easy to use, non complicated, just what I was looking for. Good features like ability to set up groups and change the ‘from’ field according to who you are texting. Would definitely recommend.”
“Before we were using our mobiles to text the clients, but as the shift goes, and a new staff clock in, we had issue with continuity.
We now use this tool to communicate with our clients, asking them to confirm appointment, confirm addresses, or chase them for payments. Since we started using Fastsms, we dramatically cut the time wasted trying to get through to them using the phone.”
“We’ve only been using Smart SMS for a week and it is heaps better than Skype. I can’t believe I wasted 3 years using Skype and it’s cheaper. Fast SMS offer a quick and reliable service!”
“Love this company! Friendly customer service, easy to use and efficient. I have seen a difference in the space of one week! Thank you FastSms”
We thank every customer who has taken the time to provide feedback because not everyone does. And that’s ok too, but knowing what our customers think helps solidify the value we place on service. Here’s a quote from our Operations Director Sandy Burt describing why service is so important:
“Fastsms is one of the longest established UK text messaging providers and has led the way on providing open honest pricing, at the best possible rates for the best quality service. We’ve also learned what’s important to our customers and funnily enough, price isn’t at the top of the list. It’s service and support availability, it’s new features and support to help them get more out of their text messaging usage and to know who will be there for them when they need it.”
Sometimes customers also leave us feature suggestions on Feefo, which we take seriously too. Of course we’re always happy to hear your suggestions directly via live chat, email or phone as well. No matter how we hear it though, we include it in our development discussions and add the features our customers need over time.
We’re looking to make 2016 even better than 2015! Feefo started us off great with our new accreditation and badge to display proudly on our website. If you’re looking for a better SMS provider, why not give us a try? We’re here to help every customer make the most of their SMS messaging.
One of our newest team members is Jordan, who joined us earlier this year. We asked him to answer some questions so our customers could get to know him better. He manages a variety of sectors so take a few moments and find out how Jordan can help you with SMS messaging.
