The Selection Process
Each year Corporate Vision (CV) embarks on the journey to identify and publicise the best companies in their respective areas. Here’s a quote about the awards from the CV website:

The selection process involves CV’s internal research, as well as input from industry partners and respected corporate specialists. “Each award is carefully scrutinised, from a nominee’s region to their performance over the past 12 months, their commitment to innovation, their methods and even their competition to ensure that only the most deserving firms walk away with one of our prestigious trophies”, their website says.
High-Fives All Around
When news of the award reached the fastsms team at the office, there were high-fives as the trophy was placed on the shelf. Marketing director Oliver Burt shared why he thinks we won best SMS platform for a second year:
“It’s a great indicator that we’re still progressing in the right direction both with our SMS solutions and the service we provide to our customers. After all, technology awards don’t get given out to companies that don’t continually strive to develop their platform.”
We’re not the type to get complacent though. In the coming year we plan to continue to invest heavily in product development by adding more features and more SDKs. There are so many uses for SMS, and the possibilities are still growing. We want to ensure our platform enables our customers to use it in all the ways they need it to now and in the future.
Ultimately we’re about that customer experience. We’ll keep growing our team to make sure all our customers receive the friendly, personal, and free support they’ve grown accustomed to here at fastsms.
The whole team is already gearing up, ready to make sure we win again next year – and we aim to do this by listening to our customer’s needs, as for us there’s no better source of inspiration.
