Fastsms Wins Best SMS Provider Of The Year
We’re proud to announce that for the second year in a row, Corporate Vision Magazine recognised fastsms with two prestigious awards:
- SMS Service Provider of the Year – UK and
- Best SMS Business Platform 2016 – UK
“It’s great for the entire team to get the recognition for the hard work that continues to go into supporting our customers, and making sure that they have a product that suits their needs”, said Marketing Director Oliver Burt.
We develop our own software in house which lets us respond quickly to customer needs and changes in technology. The combination of technical expertise and focus on customer service is what set us apart from the competition.
The Selection Process
Each year Corporate Vision (CV) embarks on the journey to identify and publicise the best companies in their respective areas. Here’s a quote about the awards from the CV website:
“Corporate Vision is dedicated to working around the clock to shine a spotlight on the brightest, best performing and most deserving companies and individuals from around the business world.
We’re fiercely passionate about recognising outstanding achievement, game-changing innovation and stellar performance, and all of our awards are carefully tailored to provide detailed and in-depth analysis of the very best each market, industry, sector and region has to offer”.
It goes on to add,
“We take choosing our winners very seriously and every single one is chosen on merit. As we said, we’re only interested in recognising the very best so, no matter how big a business is, nobody can buy their way to success”.
The selection process involves CV’s internal research, as well as input from industry partners and respected corporate specialists. “Each award is carefully scrutinised, from a nominee’s region to their performance over the past 12 months, their commitment to innovation, their methods and even their competition to ensure that only the most deserving firms walk away with one of our prestigious trophies”, their website says.
High-Fives All Around
When news of the award reached the fastsms team at the office, there were high-fives as the trophy was placed on the shelf. Marketing director Oliver Burt shared why he thinks we won best SMS platform for a second year:
“It’s a great indicator that we’re still progressing in the right direction both with our SMS solutions and the service we provide to our customers. After all, technology awards don’t get given out to companies that don’t continually strive to develop their platform.”
We’re not the type to get complacent though. In the coming year we plan to continue to invest heavily in product development by adding more features and more SDKs. There are so many uses for SMS, and the possibilities are still growing. We want to ensure our platform enables our customers to use it in all the ways they need it to now and in the future.
Ultimately we’re about that customer experience. We’ll keep growing our team to make sure all our customers receive the friendly, personal, and free support they’ve grown accustomed to here at fastsms.
The whole team is already gearing up, ready to make sure we win again next year – and we aim to do this by listening to our customer’s needs, as for us there’s no better source of inspiration.

Ever wonder if a company is as good as it says it is? One of the only ways to know is to read honest reviews from customers. Well, we wanted to know if people loved NetMessenger as much as we do. Turns out, they love us. Read this post to discover why.
How is a consumer or business to know if the SMS provider they found is good or if they’ll take your money and run? There are lots of things you need to research before choosing a provider, but the following three questions are important ones to help weed out the unreliable ones.
SMS was once considered to be a dead technology, but the humble text message has proved it’s around for the long haul. And what with Nokia reintroducing the iconic 3310 with its never-ending battery life and non-smart interface, straightforward texting fits right into our busy lifestyles.
