We’re very excited to announce that we’ll be joining TextAnywhere to provide you with the very best SMS service on the market. Using the new tools on the TextAnywhere platform, you’ll be able to enhance your customer support, increase efficiency within your organisation and supercharge sales. We’re confident that you’re going to love the platform as much as we do! The platform still will encompass everything you love about the FastSMS brand. There are some small changes; we’ll communicate these to you over the next few weeks. Don’t worry, the platform is still user friendly and intuitive to use.

Will I still have access to the same level of support?
Yes, definitely. All of our FastSMS staff are here to support you; so you know you’re in great hands. It’s just our branding and SMS platform that is changing.
What will happen to my data?
We can retrieve 6 months worth of data at the point of download. Once migrated we will hold your data for 2 months after the migration date. If you need to download your data please contact us at helpdesk@fastsms.co.uk.
