Our SMS experts have been busy collaborating on new features, so you can have access to the best SMS services. However, we felt that our new services needed a new look and platform to match.
As you know, we pride ourselves on listening to our customers. We’re continually improving our services in response to your feedback and industry changes. We have decided to join with TextAnywhere so that you have access to even better SMS services. Using the new tools on the TextAnywhere platform, you’ll be able to enhance your customer support, increase efficiency within your organisation and supercharge sales. We’re confident that you’re going to love the platform as much as we do!
We will be upgrading customers to the new TextAnywhere platform in groups starting in mid-September 2021. We’ll be in contact with you about your account individually. Don’t worry, upgrading is quick and easy so you won’t have any down time. Right now, you don’t need to do anything.

You’ll have access to all of the features that you’re used to and more. Here are just a few of the new features you’ll get on the new TextAnywhere platform.
Will pricing stay the same?
Yes, all current UK SMS pricing will remain the same and international sending will be significantly cheaper.
Will my SMS credits expire?
Yes, however we have ensured that any credits you have on the day of migration will have a lifetime set to 12 months from that date.
What will happen to my data?
We can retrieve 6 months worth of data at the point of download. Once migrated we will hold your data for 2 months after the migration date.
Are there API changes?
We will be retiring some of our APIs. However, the vast majority of the APIs will be carried over to the new TextAnywhere platform.
Right now, you don’t need to do anything until we contact you about your account. Over the next few months we’ll send you more information about the new TextAnywhere platform. Keep your eyes peeled on your inbox and on our website. We’ll also be hosting a platform tour, a FAQ session and more.
