Purchasing – How to top up your account and buy a Virtual Mobile Number and Keyword

Purchasing credits for your SMS campaigns or a buying Virtual Mobile Number or Keyword to enhance your mobile marketing is located under the ‘Purchase Credits’ icon.

To make a purchase, click the ‘Purchase ‘Credits’ button located at the top of your screen. This will open a box where you can buy credits, a Virtual Mobile Number, and a Keyword.

Credits – To buy some SMS credits, first type in the number of credits you want to purchase and click purchase. This will take you to the Product Purchase screen where you can either pay for the credits or create an invoice and pay at a later date.

Virtual Mobile Number – To buy a Virtual Mobile Number, select your preferred number using the ‘Select your number’ drop down box. Once selected click the ‘Subscribe’ button. This will take you to the Product Purchase screen where you can either pay for the credits or create an invoice and pay at a later date, you can also select how long you want to subscribe to the Virtual Mobile Number for.

Keyword – To buy a Keyword, first type in your desired keyword using the ‘Search for a keyword’ box. If available a green tick will appear. Once you have chosen your desired keyword, click the ‘Subscribe’ button. This will take you to the Product Purchase screen where you can either pay for the credits or create an invoice and pay at a later date, you can also select how long you want to subscribe to the Keyword for.
