Account details – Checking financials and changing your settings
All your account settings are found under the account icon located in the top right of your screen next to the drop-down box labelled ‘Switch Account’. Here you can change your password, check and change your settings, check the financials, and log out.
Change Password – Change the password for your account.
Settings – View account and contact details, email gateway information, API settings, and your free Virtual Mobile Number.
Financials – View payments, invoices, and subscriptions.
Logout – Logs you out of your account.
To change your password, click the ‘Change Password’, button under the account icon. You will be taken to a page where you can change your password. We advise your password contains:
Both upper and lowercase alphabetic characters (e.g. A-Z, a-z)
At least one numerical character (e.g. 0-9)
Have at least one special character (e.g. !”£$%^&*()_+)
To find your account settings click on the account icon in the top right of your screen and click ‘Settings’. Here you will be faced 6 tabs that will allow you to manage and check your account.
Account Settings – Here you can update your phone number, email address, and company name, along with including a VAT number.
User Settings – Here you can update your username, name of the account owner, phone number, and email address.
Account Alerts – Here you can decide if you want to get alerts for a payment that was made, set up a low credit warning so if your account falls below a certain amount you will be emailed. You can also set up an API alert URL that will send alerts to.
Email Gateway – Here you can set up a domain authentication so you do not have to include your API key in the subject field of the email. To do this enter your domain name in the ‘Domain’ box, (e.g. if your email address was firstname.lastname@example.org then your domain name is greens.com) in the field and choose ‘Enable’ (do not include the @ sign). Make sure you enable the ‘Message Termination’ and use ## or equivalent otherwise our email gateway will include your signature from your email.
API Config – Here you can see your API key and set up a report where delivery reports can be sent to.
Free Number – Every account comes with a free Virtual Mobile Number. Here you can see your free Virtual Mobile Number, set it as default for your sender ID, and assign an email address where replies will go to. All replies will be directed to an email address and incoming messages to this free number will not be stored in your account.
To find your financials area click on the account icon in the top right of your screen and click ‘Financials’. Here you will be able to view all purchases for SMS credits, Keywords, and Virtual Mobile Numbers., along with configuring an automated top up when credits drop below a certain amount.
Open Transactions – In this section, you can see all open invoices and when creating an invoice, it will go into here. You can download the invoice using the download icon under the title ‘PDF’.
Subscriptions – This section will show both your Virtual Mobile Number and Keyword subscriptions. You can also set up an automatic top up when your credits fall below a certain amount by clicking the ‘Configure Auto Top Up’ button.
Transactions – Here you can see all your paid transactions. You can download the invoice using the download icon under the title ‘PDF’.
Auto TopUp – To set up an automatic top-up of credits, first click the ‘Configure Auto Top Up’ button in the subscriptions area. This will open a new box where you can add the number of credits you want to top up with, the trigger than when your credits fall below that you are automatically topped up, a PO Number, and your card details.
