Making A Purchase
It is really easy to buy using our online shopping system. Just browse the site and click on any items that you wish to buy and that will put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

Delivery Schedule
Orders for message credits or reply numbers placed online between 8.00 and 18.00, Monday to Friday, will normally be processed within 2 hours. Outside these hours it may take longer. Please call us on 01386 791880 if you have an urgent requirement and we will always do our best for you.

Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK 17.5% VAT is added automatically. The same is added to orders made from elsewhere in the European Union unless the exemption box is ticked AND a valid EU VAT number entered. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .

Credit Card Security

If you wish to take advantage of the 7 day cancellation period then you can indicate this to us and we will not commence the service until 7 days after your order has been received.
